Back from a Ladies Retreat
Addy and I went to a ladies retreat this weekend. Declan and John had a fun time together, but Declan came down with a cold and cough while I was away.
As for the ladies time this weekend, Addy did great. She slept through the night both nights, but of course that is after I kept her out until midnight both nights. It was a small retreat this year with only about 45 ladies there, but that made it more intimate too. One of the highlights of the weekend for me was our worship time together. It's just always been special to me to be out in nature singing praises. I took a little video of our Sudanese women singing for us on Sunday morning. The joy on these ladies faces as they praise God is a beautiful sight. Sorry the video is a bit jumpy, Addy decided to cry during it and I was trying my best to keep her happy while taking the video.

What a neat experience!! For some reason my stupid computer wants to skip everytime I try to watch a video on the web, it is so frustrating, so I couldn't get all the way through it, I wish I could have! I did get to listen long enough to ear some of Addy's baby sounds in the background...that was cute...even if she was starting to get fussy!!
